本プライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)は、カジ旅ノート(英名: Casino Journey Note、以下「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをお読みください。本アプリを利用された場合、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

本アプリは「オフラインファースト」で設計されており、旅費やセッションの記録などの入力データは、原則として利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。ログインなしでも全機能を利用でき、その場合、入力データが外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
以下の情報は利用者の端末内(ローカルデータベース)に保存され、ログインしない限り外部に送信されません。
利用者が任意で Google または Apple のアカウントでログインした場合、認証のために以下を取得・利用します。
認証トークンは端末内の安全な領域(セキュアストレージ)に保存されます。
ログイン状態で同期機能を利用した場合、「2-1」に記載の入力データが、複数端末間での同期を目的として当方の管理するサーバーへ送信・保存されます。ログインしていない場合、これらのデータが送信されることはありません。
本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示します。広告の配信に関連して、Google および広告配信事業者が、デバイス識別子、IPアドレス、デバイス情報などを取得する場合があります。本アプリは**パーソナライズされていない広告(非パーソナライズ広告)**をリクエストする設定としており、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断して追跡することはありません。
サービスの提供・維持のため、通信に伴い IPアドレス、OSバージョン、アプリのバージョン、エラー情報などが記録される場合があります。
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
本アプリは、勝敗の予測、必勝法、ベッティング戦略の提供を目的とするものではなく、これらのために情報を利用することはありません。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。各サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれの提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
当方は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
当方が入力データ(旅費・セッション等)を広告目的で第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
第三者サービス(Google、Apple 等)の利用や当方サーバーの所在により、利用者の情報が利用者の居住国以外の国で処理・保存される場合があります。本アプリを利用することで、これに同意したものとみなします。
当方は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止のため、通信の暗号化(HTTPS)や認証情報の安全な保管など、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた送信や電子的保存の方法において、絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリはカジノ旅行を題材としており、成人を対象としています。当方は、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
利用者は、当方が保有する自己の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、上記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で通知します。改定後に本アプリを利用された場合、変更後の本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Casino Journey Note ("the App") handles user information. Please read it before using the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

The App is offline-first. Data you enter (trip costs, sessions, etc.) is stored only on your device by default. All features work without signing in, and in that case your entered data is never sent to any external server.
2-1. Stored only on your device: trip title, destination, dates, base currency; travel costs (flight, hotel, local transport, food, other) and bankroll; session records (buy-in, additional buy-in, cash-out, game type, casino name, date/time); memos and other in-app input. This data is not transmitted externally unless you sign in.
2-2. Account information (only if you choose to sign in): when you sign in with Google or Apple, we obtain an account identifier and, where provided, your email address, for authentication. Auth tokens are stored in your device's secure storage.
2-3. Data sent for sync (only when signed in): if you use sync while signed in, the data in 2-1 is sent to and stored on our server to synchronize across your devices. Nothing is sent when you are not signed in.
2-4. Advertising: the App uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google and ad providers may collect device identifiers, IP address, and device information. The App requests non-personalized ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2-5. Automatically collected technical data: IP address, OS/app version, and error information may be logged to provide and maintain the service.
To provide App features (recording, aggregation, reports); to authenticate signed-in users and sync data across devices; to display ads; to investigate issues and improve quality and safety; and to comply with law. The App does not predict outcomes or provide winning methods or betting strategies.
We do not share your information except: with your consent; when required by law; with the providers listed in Section 4 as necessary to provide the service; or to protect life, body, or property. We never sell your entered data (trip/session data) for advertising.
On-device data is removed by uninstalling the App or using in-app deletion. For server-side data (signed-in users), use in-app deletion or contact us to request deletion; we will delete it within a reasonable period.
Due to third-party services and server locations, your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this.
We apply reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit and secure storage of credentials. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App is themed around casino travel and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your information by contacting us.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
